Universal Engineering College is a private engineering college situated in Irinjalakuda, Vellangallur Road Thrissur, Kerala - 680 123. Established in 2011. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi, and affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala.

The college is functioning under the Universal Educational Trust Management formed by Ten NRIs from Kerala State, realising that only education can transform the society for a better living. We have meticulously overseen to reach our mission & Vision by providing the best infrastructure matching industrial standards.

UEC offers seven programs across one stream namely Engineering and across Two degrees such as B.Tech and M.Tech. The campus facilities are included but not limited to Hostels for boys and girls, Transportation, Canteen, WiFi ,Well equipped Lab, Digital Library, Digital Class Rooms, Placement cell, IDEC cell, IQACC, Women cell, Encon Club, Music Club, Dance Club, Orchestra club, Graphic Design Club, Film Club, Photography Club, Horticultural Club, Debate Club, Sports Club, indoor and outdoor facilities for Sports, Games and Arts, Auditorium, Sports Grounds, Incubation Centre, online class facilities, etc.
